Appointment Information

We look forward to welcoming you to your appointment at The Hidden Hideaway. If it is your first visit an initial consultation is required. Once at the salon your initial consultation will last around 15 minutes this is included in your appointment time please only arrive at the time of your appointment and not earlier. This enables me to see if your treatment is safe to go ahead, diagnose your treatment needs & concerns & formulate a treatment plan. If this is a returning visit your consultation will last around 5-10 minutes to check your treatment needs & progress.

When arriving at the salon there is off road parking available on the driveway, please park on the front of the drive and do not drive down the side of the house. Please park up & wait in your car. I will come out to you when I am ready to welcome you in to the salon, this will allow previous client's to leave & for me to clean correctly in-between appointments. You will find the salon down the drive to the rear. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment as this allows for maximum client privacy & safety. You are no longer required to wear a face mask but should you wish to if your treatment allows please feel free.

Your treatment time is the amount of time you spend on the couch. Your consultation is separate to this & 15 minutes at the end of your treatment to rest, change, pay & rebook. Payment is taken by cash, card or bank transfer.

There are client only toilet facilities on site for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy

We please ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you do so at the earliest opportunity. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. Any cancellations made 24 hours or less will be required to pay in full for the treatment. You will be unable to rebook a treatment until this has been paid.
